So Ed.......My buddy and I went down to the Chippy tonight for supper, Chicken curry Pastie and Tilapia and they give ya this side of Curry gravy that is Ohhhhhhh soooooo gooooood ! Like heavenly curried crack in a cup ! You would appreciate this shop.The guy who started it used all of his Fathers recipes(Dad was from England). I am seriously ready for a trip out on the fishing boat on the North sea now. Oy ! and of course on the way back home we had Rancid blaring on the stereo ha ha !

Chips and curry sauce is a rare treat, especially if they are good chips, sort of crispy on the outside and mushy - almost like mashed potato (not floury obviously) on the inside, with a healthy but not overbearing dose of salt. Originally Posted by Nightblade
