It is the only coffee in the world that is 100% natural in every respect. The coffee cherries at the very tops of the trees grow large and rip and these cherries are selected one at a time for the utmost ripeness by civet cats (the palm civet), which feasts on these cherries. These cherries then undergo a very special fermentation process before getting deposited by the Palm Civet to be subsequently gathered, washed (I think) dried and sold for about $80.00 for a 1/4 pound.
