Thanked: 4828That cat rocks. Around here the law says you are responsible for your dogs behavior. So in such cases the dog owner can be charged with assault. I like that. It should be that the owner of a dog is criminally responsible for his dog. I love cats and dogs. Good post.

I posted this vid on my Facebook page. Truly amazing!
I agree that cats get a bum rap. I've had both cats and dogs my whole life, and you simply can't compare them to one another...it's like comparing apples to oranges.
Back when my oldest was a babe in arms, one of our cats became his personal bodyguard and would swat at our ankles if she felt we weren't being attentive enough. Then again, maybe she just wanted us to stop his crying?!? And one of our current (six) cats doesn't like it when the dogs are squabbling; though only weighs about 12#, she'll actually try to step in...between two 100#+ dogs! When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It's difficult only for the others.
It's the same when you are stupid.

Thanked: 1184Cats hate loud noises. Great training tool. Mine stays off counters and tables, away from food and he plays with his claws retracted. Any infraction and there is a very loud noise :<0) It's rare now.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
