I'll tell you why, ppl are stupid. We vote in politicians not the average Joe.

Are millions of Illegal Aliens sucking money away from the federal Govt,(foodstamps, med, care etc) why?


Well as a "soon to not be" transport officer that mainly transports I.C.E. (Immigration Customs Enforcement) Detainees... I have seen the influx and ignorance/ignoring of our government first hand...

Iowa has become a "safe haven" for illegals, law enforcement agencies are not honoring detainers (due to law suites by the ACLU), and all in all Immigrations hands are tied because our congress/senate and president are telling the agents NOT to do their jobs.

The agents are frustrated...

On the border, illegals come across, agents intercept and they (illegals) are let go with a court date... Do you really think they are going to show up for court?

They are arresting 1000 people a day on the border... We, my agency have made trips and picked up to 60 illegals for housing from Omaha...

Now figure this... $80.00 a day at 180 days per detainee... That's a S+*T load of money...

Instead, they should be processed and taken right back across the border... VIA their own feet...

If you want to solve illegal immigration; find the employers, seize their businesses and send them to prison. The illegals are not coming here for vacation...no jobs for illegals=no illegals.

As a matter of fact...

My NEW job that I'm getting ready to start was probably held by and "Illegal"...

Apparently there were a few office people that were making up SSN's for "Illegals" and when management found out, the office help was disposed of and the "employees" that were not legal to work were dismissed...

As of now, there is over 100 job postings on their web site...

Even the legals screw things up. I cannot get a better job where I currently work, because the institution is offering research trainee positions which are unpaid. These positions are getting scooped up by Chinese and Indians who are looking to get a foot in the door of the US and they are replacing nearly all of the paid positions.

Anchor babies is a part of the problem indeed. The, 14th Amendment Section 1, needs to be changed! This legalizes babies born here to illegals, to become U.S. citizens, thus anchoring the illegal parents here.. Many countries around the world had this and have now changed it. The United States is one of the last few holdouts to this change.
