    Thanks Oz, that was a really interesting read. A friend is on the 'Paleo diet. Seems to be making out okay. Time will tell.

    I've been eating one per morning over easy in butter for years. So far so good. Love my fruits, veggies and grains too much to go Paleo though.

    I eat probebly 4 eggs/Per month,My father in law ate at least two cooked in bacon grease every day,along with the bacon.
    sadley the eggs killed him at 90 yrs Old
