I just recently bought a selfie stick thingy for my GoPro.

I used to be an ace skateboard rider, made the mistake several years ago of thinking I still was, and taking my son's board to, "show him a few tricks"...after I got up from the road, I believe he said something to the effect that he had the, "falling on his butt" part down pat...thankfully, there is no selfie or pic of the event! Obviously you haven't been introduced to "the Chive" - you would have a much better appreciation of the "Selfie"
Some of the hand gestures I see people make when taking selfies make me laugh inside of course, because they just look stupid - And what do these hand gestures mean exactly?
the selfie pole I imagine is a better option then handing over your smart phone to a stranger to take a pic. They hold so much information today, Phone #'s, pic's, address's of other people, email, I just wouldn't hand that over to someone.CHRIS
