Only put the steps on the passenger side.

I saw a "reality" TV show a while ago with a feller driving something like that but possibly higher, when he got out he was 4'11" at best, it looked ridiculous.

My 06. You will never regret buying it. I bought mine with 54 miles on it. I still can't bring myself to get a new truck.

FINE looking truck. Needs a bullet hole to be complete. What kind of mileage are you getting with yours? Is that an extra steering damper on the driver side of the tie rod/drag link?

Mine's got 130K on the clock. Had those knobby tires rotated and balanced yesterday. They told me the front tires were cupped. Already knew that. Told 'em no worries, I'd grind 'em back square pretty quick. I pulled out of the tire shop and had 4 lanes of open road in front of me. I pulled the trigger and smoked 'em for about a 100 yds. Black smoke and blue smoke makes grey.

Nice ride, Wullie-And the bullet hole seems to suit your style too! My wife is the same with "my" new truck. She keeps borrowing it and telling everyone it's hers, but I don't mind-she's the one who begged me to get it!

My contribution: 2015 Chevy Silverado LTZ 4x4. Quiet, comfortable, great mileage.

Nice trucks everyone! Harold, my brother just got almost that identical Silverado, except in Silver metallic-beautiful inside and out!

Read your post about your pretty new Tacoma. Glad to see they've gotten the mileage up on those things. They're awesome pieces of machinery. I enjoyed all the ones I had. They're tough.

Funny thing about bullet holes and pick ups. That will be the second 3/4T I've owned that had a bullet hole in it. Had an '81 F-250 that ended up with three in the tail gate one night. Fortunately for me they were 22LR's and the guy only hit the tail gate. I didn't stick around as I had no idea what prompted that deal. Found out a couple of months later it was a case of mistaken identity and the shooter offered to buy me a new tailgate. As that tail gate was the only thing on the truck that wasn't bent or banged up, I laughed it off and left the holes. Some guy in a truck real similar to mine had taken unfair advantage of the guy's under age retarded daughter. Told him I understood and was damn glad he couldn't shoot any better.

They found the jerk and sent him to the pen.

I didn't buy a Chevy because of the OnStar. My latest is a Ford.
