Timed Cold Boot to Log In and it was 22 seconds. That is a lot better than the minutes it used to take in the old days.

Have "almost" broken myself of doing a mouse over the time to see the date. I like having the time and date both visible.

Seems to me that even if you change settings to "none" or uncheck them that it doesnt mean they are actually turned off. I read that somewhere.

After encountering a BSOD on my Windows 7 Enterprise machine this morning, I decided what the hell, I'm going to upgrade despite a few reservations. I've got to say, after fixing a couple of issues, I'm really happy with the improved performance running Windows 10.

    So far, so good.

Haven't downloaded mine yet. Waiting to see all the bugs get worked out first before leaping in willy nilly.

I seen somewhere that even if you turn off some privacy settings that they are NOT really off, unless you have the Pro or Enterprise edition!

I upgraded last week from windows 7, and it went smoothly, no problems with any programs I had on my computer before. It seems a bit faster than 7. Pretty happy with it so far.

So far I agree. It is faster and takes care of issues I had with Win7.
