Timed Cold Boot to Log In and it was 22 seconds. That is a lot better than the minutes it used to take in the old days.
Have "almost" broken myself of doing a mouse over the time to see the date. I like having the time and date both visible. If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.

Thanked: 5Seems to me that even if you change settings to "none" or uncheck them that it doesnt mean they are actually turned off. I read that somewhere.

After encountering a BSOD on my Windows 7 Enterprise machine this morning, I decided what the hell, I'm going to upgrade despite a few reservations. I've got to say, after fixing a couple of issues, I'm really happy with the improved performance running Windows 10.
So far, so good.--Mark

Thanked: 5I seen somewhere that even if you turn off some privacy settings that they are NOT really off, unless you have the Pro or Enterprise edition!

Thanked: 33I upgraded last week from windows 7, and it went smoothly, no problems with any programs I had on my computer before. It seems a bit faster than 7. Pretty happy with it so far.
