Default Calling all alco... lovers of yeast biprocuct

Ok, we have a tea and beer thread, but what I want to know is what is your favorite (few) libation(s) (original or standard). Anything alcoholic is fair game. I'll start.

I'm a big fan of Beam products and homebrewed Mead (thanks for the hops tip Mark )

Capt. Morgans. My goto drink has been Capt. n coke for as long as I can remember. A shot or 5 of Patron is nice too.

Never tried mead....homebrewed or otherwise. I did have some very good homemade shine with one of my neighbors during a hurricane a couple years ago.

Overall, I don't drink much alchohol and I'm not very sophisticated and know little but I really like a high quality bourbon/whiskey with coke ----and a good dark beer and a nice cold shot of Jagermeister ----- maybe Scotch and water ---- just keep it simple stupid and of high quality.

OK I can see dark beer, I can even see bourbon, whiskey or scotch, but Jagermeister? Come on man! That just ain't right!

OK so I admit it! I am a bit of a snob when it comes to libations!

Scotch malt whisky. Preferably over 16 years old.
Un-chill filtered. Not coloured. Cask strength.

I said I wasn''t sophisticated ---- most of the things I like originated as a means of getting hammered -- not out of good taste or because I knew anything ----- but yeah I actually like the taste of Jagermeister ----- I'm thinking about homebrewing some ----------just kidding ------
