You don't really think a lack of conviction in any criminal case means a criminal act never took place, do you?

"Criminal" and "Convicted Criminal" apparently mean the same thing to you?

I can certainly rephrase by saying: If elected, Hillary would be the first president where the public was aware of criminal activity and elected her anyway. If that makes you feel better.

Bill Clinton was acquitted in regard to HIS criminal activity in the Oval office. Does that mean the criminal activity never took place? Of course not.

There are places in this world where the secret police can arrest you, hold you indefinitely and bring you up on charges and convict you with little or no evidence and execute you or send you to some gulag. Do you want that to happen here where someone can level charges and just declare you a criminal with no redress?

There is no evidence Clinton had any top secret documents on the server and there was no policy against it while she was doing it. Some documents were re classified after the fact but that's a different circumstance and others have done similar as her. Why are they not being investigated?
