Just a thought but that would be the top when a right handed person put it down after use.

I think that my father was a lefty that was forced to be a righty. He died before my grandmother did and I asked her and she stated "NO" very loudly. But I still wonder as she was the type and from the age of a person that would not say anything"negative" about family.

Still havent gotten to the Coti but will in a few minutes. The wife told me this morning she wanted a new garbage disposal. So i took her to the hardware store with me. FIRST MISTAKE! Came home with garbage disposal, new kitchen sink, new faucet and new faucet for bathroom upstairs. Then after another trip to the hardware store for parts im finally done.

Lesson to self: Leave the wife at home when going to hardware store!

After this many years I wouldn't want to start over again. She's OK for an old Lady. BTW, Yesterday was her B-day. She's now 61. And thats not "Years Young". Ha. Hell, Shes put up with me for over 20 years now so I guess she's the crazy one.

I was wondering where to put this. What are you working on or what is for dinner? Then I thought about here.

My oven started acting up and I decided to get it back in order.

I found out the orifice in the burner was partially plugged. I cleaned that and the burner.

Most used range is around 350'f so I started there.

At 400'f setting it read 392'f.

I measured at the top shelf in the middle and neither of these are NIST certified.

Now I see that I better clean the knob also!

Four burners, a griddle and I bet either one really big oven or a double oven. Nice stove. It is also nice that you got it working correctly. The only thing better than a nice stove is a nice stove that works right!

Good work! : Wish I had a unit like that! I love cooking and baking with gas but I'm stuck with electric here at The Boars Nest.

Broiler under the griddle and a soup pot under that. The oven isn't that large. Standing pilot for the burners but the rest need a match.

I have a little more testing and work to dial it in for sure but it was getting late and we needed something to eat!

I have tried to research this without a whole lot of luck but it is fun keeping it going and I probably would have burnt out a few "newer" ones in the time I have used this.
