Yuppers sure do!
For me I think it came from my father. When they would move equipment from one farmers field to another farmers field they would wash the equipment to prevent transporting weeds etc to a new field.
We did the same when I was working in the fields for Green Giant. There was one farmer who personally inspected each and every machine for any signs of plants/weeds etc. If the machine didn't pass his requirements it was re-washed in the road until it did pass his requirements.
I have a friend who had a new lawn installed using sod and the first year was fine but by the second year they had all kinds of weeds, crabgrass etc. They figured that they had been brought in on the mowers that the guy they had hired to mow for them.
With that said, I just like to keep the mower clean.Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

I've actually got some of my grandpa's 3/4" drive Snap On sockets. These were the first series they made.
My Snap On guy saw them and couldn't believe his eyes. My tool box is a Snap On and full of their tools.
Yup the kids collage fund is sitting right there.....Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Twas a really nice day out and I decided to give the new mower a go before it warmed up too much. I figured it would be the opportune time to see if the water powered undercarriage washer worked.
Brand New/Never Used;
Used Once;
After lowering the mower and using the hose attachment;
Seems to workOur house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

Box i built to hide the sprinkler system plumbing. Wanted it to look like it is part of the house and not just a wooden box beside the house. Ran the faucet for the water hose to the outside of the box and insulated the insides. There is also a vent to the crawl space under the house and i will open it up a touch in the winter as my crawl space is heated and insulated.
Still needs painted but im running out of weekend time so it will have to wait till next week.It's just Sharpening, right?

I was hoping the siding would line up. I took some measurements and build the thing in the garage. Then took it out and dropped it in place. Walla! They matched. Made me feel proud I got the lines to line up! Thanks for noticing Tom.
I will admit that my plumbing had a big leak. Meaning, when I turned on the water, the spigot shot out of the side of the box like a rocket. Had to shut the water off and try it again. The second time was the ticket. No leaks. I'm happy with the outcome.It's just Sharpening, right?

I got the replacement lenses for my Harley so this is 'What do you have in the mail right now' combined with 'What are you working on' and it doesn't take much skills to remove and replace 2 lenses and 4 small screws.
I did op to go with Red Lenses instead of the Stock Yellow. 1. Because they are in the rear and 2. Because I'm really thinking about upgrading the electrical system so that the turn signals light up as brake lights and still function as the turn lights. Just have to wait and see what I decide.

Thanked: 4207Nice look!
I’d suggest if/when you upgrade, go to red led bulbs at the same time. (Including new led friendly flasher relay).
Will make the red super ‘pop’ at night..
