Have timer set on my coffee machine to begin burr grinding the Dark French Roast Coffee beans and making coffee for 7am.
Come downstairs and grumble at wife and kids..."Good morning..."
Drink large glass of ice water.
Bathroom duties...brush teeth, etc...
Get dressed, apply EDT.
Pour coffee with a small dash of cream, drink another large glass of ice water.
Small cup of Banana, yogurt, bran cereal for breakfast.
Leave no later than 730am...downtown and sitting in office by 8am.
That short commute is priceless....like gold.
