Thanks one & all! Three weeks out from the surgery & doing well. Doing the rehab much closer to home at the Danville IL. VA. The guy running the gym asked me what I wanted to do for my 8 weeks. I told him to kick my butt. I not only want to get my knee going but get in shape & lose 50 Lbs. He said the 50Lbs might be a tall order but I am dropping pretty well. Great group of Vet's in my class & we all help each other out. That means a lot to me. I will probably wait 4 to 6 months to get the left knee done but this knee has gone great so far.
Thanks so much to you all! I really mean that!

Do exactly what your PT tells you to do and you'll be fine.

    Been there...done that:
    Right knee replaced: age 33
    Back surgery: 41
    Right rotator cuff: 42
    Left rotator cuff: 43

Currently 46....I'm as good as I ever was....... (once).

I will, of course, keep you in my prayers.
