    Nothing wrong with insects if they're the right kind. Crickets and grasshoppers are good once you get over the stigma

    I'll eat anything with no more legs than a cow.

    my Aunt had an Ostrich farm and i had so many Ostrich steaks in the freezer.

    They have no fat so Ostrich has to be fried with oil.

    I had ostrich at a county fair. The ostrich farmer was doing a presentation. It wasn't bad but almost too lean. The meat was really dark too, almost black as I recall and it did not taste like chicken.

    Know what does taste like chicken???

    Chicken. That's the only meat I've ever had that does.
