I know Dave started this as the 'Wordless Picture Thread' but I'll Hijack it just a bit.
The stone was designed by my oldest daughter. She was mom and dad's first grandchild and was indeed 'the favorite', not only was she born first but the others lived in different cities and she lived only 2 or 3 miles away.
She spoke at mom's services and said that mom had raised her as a daughter, not a granddaughter.
As the stone says-- "Your Life Goes On In Each of Us". My daughter's children.

In some ways it really isn't hard Pete. But that's sitting on it's front axle in the mud. Fell right in.
