Reporting problems is a simple enough thing to do but too many idiot tenants don't bother. As a result, a simple problem with a simple fix can balloon into a catastrophe.

I let "friends" stay in my Iowa City house. They managed to somehow plug the sewer line. They didn't bother to tell me until the air conditioning from the geothermal heat pump failed in the basement. It failed due to 14 inches of raw sewage that had accumulated in the basement. After dealing with the clean-up of the complete mess, which destroyed a lot of my possessions still stored in the basement, I ended up selling the house for at least $80k less than it was worth before they plugged the sewer. If they had just told me that they flushed what they should have, I could have cleared the line. I already owned a power snake.
We no longer are friends.

Absolutely correct. I wish my apartment complex saw it that way. I reported saplings growing in our gutters that haven't been cleaned during my six years here. They are still there. Cleaning gutters is a lot easier than repairing a roof.

From a former farm hand...that's a learned skill, with a grain drill. A corn planter leaves a mark for the next pass.

The tracks he's following are from the fertilizer spreader, I believe.

Mike, I run gps on the planter. But the tracks you see are all freehand brother
It takes some time as you know. And actually they are from the packer. It was folded up since a bearing went and dropped a basket. Wasn’t going to stop discing though
