This sits in front of the Safeway Store In Ellensburg Washington. It was made by a local and sat in front of the old store but when the new store was built (which I participated in getting ready for the Grand Opening) it was transferred as it was a favorite among the locals.

Yes, a 25 mph wind around here is nothing. Many years ago my wife and her girlfriends were all in Mexico together on a holiday. It got quit windy so being good island girls they each used their best high hold hairspray before going out for the evening and were quite surprised as they sat on the patio at the bar and watched shop keepers boarding stuff up.
