    what jmercer said... godaddy for domain name and if you want to keep it simple they offer services to stand up a very simple site at a very reasonable price and support. otherwise there are literally hundreds of sites that offer DIY website templates, designs, backend, etc. very often for free.

    Hostgator is good if you're trying to do it on the cheap. It can be tricky to navigate if you don't know what you're doing though.
