The 'Save' icon seems to require using Messenger or some such ..... as I posted above, I just did a screen grab and pasted it into Paint....I also tried using the 'Email' icon, and emailing it to myself. You get a link to a jpg, whcih can then be right-clicked and saved (or, possibly, directly linked from the forum 'Insert Image' function - although I haven't tried that yet).

Contrary to scarface's post that it requries msn messenger, you are actually given two options. After you click the download avatar button (or whatever it is), you are prompted to which way you'd like to download the jpeg. You can either download it directly or receive it via msn messenger. Why they give you that option, I have no clue. Seems pretty pointless to me.
