    I see them around here to. I believe it's a business - you pay for it and unlock it with an app on your phone. I haven't done it yet, but I should give it a try some day. It looks pretty cheap $1 for 30min

    The question is if it's a viable thing. I seem to remember seeing in the news sometime in the last few months that a company that tried to do this couldn't make it as their bikes kept getting stolen or abused so the operating costs were higher than they anticipated.

    Time will tell.

    Thanks for the reply Gugi. I really didn't know anything about them. I just see them everywhere. Good choice on the colors as they sure stick out!

    London is full of these type bikes..They are padestrianising more and more roads and adding bicycle super highways everywhere..

    Citi bike in NYC is similar. There are SO many of them.
