    I'm not sure how to explain it. I guess the topic of jewelry made me think of the really cool metal work that could be implemented into the designs.
    There's that kiln and "silver clay" I've got in storage that could make some real cool bolsters, or even scales.
    If any of you haven't seen it you might look it up, it's another addition to the underground complex of tunnels in that there rabbit hole..

    I understand that the "clay" is a very good product. It obviates the need of a large kiln and torch. That, alone, can be a nice saving, plus a better work environment. Another beauty of it is that it may be molded in a silicone rubber mold and the mold may produce many pieces with some exactitude.
    The manual I have says the "clay" does shrink but that should be easily cancelled out with the info on % they gave...and experience.

    Let us know your experiences with it. I only did lost wax and silver-brazed wire and sheet stock
