Welcome back!
I'm still in your debt with having the inscription on the razor box my old Boy Scout Scoutmaster found on Iwo Jima translated. Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

Well, welcome back. What have you been up to these past years?

Thanks for the welcome, guys!
Cudarunner, glad I could help.
ScottGoodman, I'm here, but it's a busy time man! Cut me some slack!
These have been eventful years! I had a son, bought a house, changed careers, and kind of got out of razors and stones.
I notice the place has a new name... I imagine there's a story there?

Thanked: 1936The story is about as pleasant as dumpster diving, mid summer, behind a fish processing facility and the razor community suffered through it. Lots of mud slinging. I am just glad Ivan kept this going however he could even with multiple name changes.
Glad life has been good to you. I still have a razor that you sold multiples of from your sensei.Southeastern Oklahoma/Northeastern Texas helper. Please don't hesitate to contact me.

Long time no see. It is good to hear from you. You are one of the good ones.
I thought of you the other month, I was tying to figure out what was being done on a Russian language video and I wish I knew somebody who could understand the language.
Sometimes it is strange what pops into our heads.
I am happy to see you.

Charley, thank you for those kind words. I still take your razor out and caress it lovingly sometimes, though I don't have a good strop anymore and rarely straight shave.

Great to see you back again. Not so long ago I was thinking of you as I have a question about Iwasaki-san's book on honing razors that you translated some time ago.
