As my son and I were discussing none of the vaccines claim to be 100%. I find that the Pfizer is 95%, the Moderna is 94.1 and the J&J is only 72%.

If by chance I'm part of the 5% I do hope that at least the symptoms will be lessoned ,

From what I have read, the vaccines may not prevent you from getting infected but you could be asymptomatic or if you have symptoms they will be much.

That's my understanding as well. Main thing they claim is preventing serious infection and need for hospitalization. Will see. We are still wearing full PPE, PAPR for me when I go in the Covid+ rooms. Not taking any chances.
I googled moderna yesterday since my wife is gonna be getting vaccinated on Friday and came across an article from Utah.

Historically speaking no vaccine is 100% effective against any disease. Some come really close and some not so close but folks forget the real reason to get any vaccination. If you do contract the bug you won't wind up in a hospital or die and just be inconvenienced for a few days.

By this point in the pandemic anyone who thinks the Covid 19 vaccine is 100% effective or is a cure for the infection has not interpreted correctly what has been said by reliable sources about the vaccine.

Was not a good night for the wife. Luckly she has nothing to do today as the fever and shakes kept her up most of the night. She says her arm feels like she got hit by a baseball bat. Im headed to work as she said she will be ok with some time.

Sorry to hear that. I had the same issue with my arm and I just stayed in bed for 1 day. I didn't have fever but had the aches and just felt lousy.
