Time to Party Hearty?
With New Years Eve fast approaching what plans do you have to celebrate?
Maybe, like me it will be a quiet night watching the Twilight Zone Marathon.
Either way we expect all of you back here in one piece on New Years Day.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

The wife and I will be sitting quetly watching a last Christnas chick flick until just before mudnight, then over to CNN at Times Square to watch the big ball drop.
Then begins the 2 month countdown until I hit the big 60 at the end of Feb.- - Steve

Thanked: 603It all depends on who wins the Cotton Bowl (Cincinnati vs. Alabama; 3:30PM) — if the Tide roll, I'll watch the Orange Bowl (Georgia vs. Michigan; 7:30PM), but if the Tide get rolled-over, then it's the "Thin Man" marathon on TCM (8PM).
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

Thanked: 13245Hmmmm
I am not sure if we are doing "Dinner" on NYE or NYD if we do it NYE I will be snoozing on the couch till midnight when the wife wakes me up to drink Champagne with her LOL
If we do "Dinner" on NYD I doubt either of us will see the ball drop in an empty Time Square..
It is all about the special food nowadays, not the "Party" hehehe"No amount of money spent on a Stone can ever replace the value of the time it takes learning to use it properly"

Thanked: 3223Having our traditional NYE home made Chinese dinner and, if I can stay awake, will watch the ball drop in Times Square with the boss.
Lets all hope 2022 will be a better year.

Our relations have a tradition here at the ranch on the North face of Wheeler peak. You see, there is this mean Black Bear we call Ned who gives us trouble all year long. He be big and mean so knowing where his den is and since he be hibronatin we roust him and when he comes out he be so groggy we just knock him over and roll him down the mountain and then run the other way.
Maybe that's why he be so mean and ornery and of bad disposition.
I won't be participating this year so I wish the youngsters well.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero
