If she is grown enough to refuse to be on the court while our anthem is played then she is grown enough to suffer the consequences of breaking a law she knew she was breaking. It sure seems like she has some growing up left to do though. At least to the point that she understands that actions have consequences and also that even baby birds that don't even have their eyes open yet know enough not to crap in their nest.

Maybe serving a little hard time might make her understand that our anthem is not about her but about those who believed in our country and its freedoms enough to die for it. Ironic as it is that one of those rights is the right to speak out against your country even though you have it pretty darn good.
