My condolences Jerry.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Sorry for your loss Jerry. I know how it is to be far away from your parent. My Dad has a close call last month and it was hard not being able to be there. Your in my prayers.

Thank you all.
I know this was the best way for someone to pass. And now that my stress level and emotions have passed I know all will be good. It was such a blow to me. I just saw her. Besides having a hard time getting up and down stairs I thought she was doing great. Her mind was still sharp as ever. Just lacking in the balance and strength area.
Then she just doesn't wake up. Wow.
Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. My family will be fine now. It's just Sharpening, right?

Yesterday was the day. I put mom to rest. We had a small celebration of life. I had one of moms brothers and a sister show up that i hadnt seen in 30 years. That was nice to see them and get pics. Both of them in there 80s. Now im on my way home with an extra long layover at the airport. Drinking too much to the family i wont see again.
Its all good. I got to go to work at 4 tomorrow morning but its all worth it.
Roy was going to show up and split a special pizza with me but things just didnt work out. I forgive ya Roy. Thanks for tring.
Its all a slap in the face. Too many emotions going on for me to.
Thanks to all my brother of the blade for the support. It happens to all of us.It's just Sharpening, right?
