I'm really sorry to say this and you all can flame me but being a one issue voter is what got us into this mess.
The rich have concocted smokescreen issues to divide the country and while we argue about things, we don't notice they continue to get richer and we all get poorer.
While we vote for the one issue most important to us THEY change the fabric of the country to benefit them and when this country crumbles THEY will get on their private jets with their bought passports and be out of here.
One day people will talk about the late, great USA.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

All of our neighbor states are Constitutional Carry. We are the hole in the civil rights map. TX, AR, MS, all are Constitutional Carry. If the Gulf of Mexico was a state it would probably be Constitutional Carry, too. We are surrounded by free states. We keep getting "veto proof" votes every year for Constitutional Carry but it always gets chopped off at the knees by our Democrat governor and his henchmen who only got elected because he said he was pro-gun. Our state politics have always been a hot mess. As soon as I win the Powerball, I am buying myself some congresscritters and cleaning up Louisiana politics once and for all.

Well, I have a pile of issues which have been tossed at our country since Biden took office and became.
'President'. Not to mention that pile of 'vice' which slid behind him.
I see our country being invaded and turned into a laughingstock and a queer parade. Dollar ain't worth squat.
PRIDE used to be something I had in my country. I demand that back.
I need action on many fronts and FAST! So....Who WOULD I vote for?
GEE....

Ya I think that phenomena is literally all in a name and the fact that Dems are....pretty close to desperate?
I mean, he has been around sucking up dough forever?
He will have a sit-down soon, I think.

He has some interesting views, some maybe a little whacky, but overall a lot more properly centered than most dummycrats. He SAYS he "Isn't going to take anybody's guns", so I give him points over the incumbent. I just hope our friends in Ukraine manage to gain back their country in full before he gets a chance to pull the plug on the frankly scandalous level of aid we are giving Ukraine, because I really want to see them succeed in standing up to that bully, Putler. Er, I mean, Putin. The Gremlin in the Kremlin. I actually think he would end up giving his party a little bit of credibility. Biden has worn out his welcome and shown his incompetence, and the Kamala Kreature is just plain scary. The best thing for the Republican party would be for Biden to get the nomination, and Trump to back out of the running. Both Trump and Biden are running on fumes, supported by their personality cults, but lacking in general credibility.
As for Rebooblican candidates, not sure about DeSantis. He signed some good pro gun legislation, yeah. I could vote for him in the absence of a more viable candidate. I would really like to see TX governor Greg Abbott run. He would definitely get my vote. I wish he was OUR governor instead of that slimy Edwards. I could also vote for another Kennedy, unrelated to the MA Kennedys, our very own Senator John Kennedy. A straight shooter and a real bulldog in a debate. I love watching him grill that ATF clown, Dettlebach. It's all over youtube. But DeSantis is the only one of that bunch who has announced. Abbot is often heard spoken of as a possible contender but I don't think he really wants the job, would rather be Gov of TX than US President, I think, and he is very popular as a governor.
