I have come a long time since then.

but in all seriousness, I have made huge leaps and bounds in the last 10 years.
I've gone from fighting at the drop of a hat and not being able to have even the most basic friendship to rarely having a harsh word (or rarely saying it anyway).
I've been working on being the silent type for a while with moderate progress.

Seems people often think the silent sort wise, but they have most likely remained silent because they could think of nothing to say.
