Weeellllllllll, this has become my favorite new thread....
I had no idea we had such interesting characters here, and every one of you would be right at home in West Virginia.
I did ponder a bit if I should write because it only seems fair that if I do then I have to shareSo I'll start with something safe...lol. I have a hemangioma on my right hand, I was born like that, which is not uncommon....but what is uncommon is that most disappear by the time a child is around 9 or 10, but oh no.....not mine
I still have it and I'm 45 + a few.

I'm a seventh generation Canadian and the first generation of my direct line to be raised out of Nova Scotia. That's here since 1804. My partner is a second generation refugee so while her parents were the first generation here, her child will be the eighth. Funny that.
This isn't too surprising, but I'm better educated than any of my ancestors ever were at my age. I'll need to get a Bachelor's Degree by retirement to keep up with my Grandmother.
I prefer to go shoeless. Sandals are best. FREE THE TOES!
