On the plus side: I am turning the basement into my territory. My computers are already there, and I am building a workbench there as well.
And my wife won't come down there as long as the stairs are not fixed (yaay) so I think I only have to lay floor tiles, whitewash the walls, add a comfy chair and a stereo...

This is my life now, but instead of a chick flick, its more like "my little pony" or "strawberry shortcake" or "Doctor Phil." I can't even get out to a garage, because we don't have one. we all live in 850 square feet, two bedroom, one bathroom, condo.

It's killing me not having a garage too. It means that I either have to make do inside the apartment or outside. I can forget about having an air compressor and all the good stuff like a grinder and a drill press too. I look forward to my next garage so much.
