I asked my wife about this, and she said she'd rather be poked than crushed.

If I had to choose, I'd say I'd rather the woman to put pressure on me- I'm pretty adept at dodging those creatures.

Mmm, freaky...well, I can drive a stick shift. Most these days can barely handle an automatic. Wait, you mean body freaky. About as bodily freaky as I get is a very large scar of 5 or so inches running along my spine where I had spinal surgery. Since then I get odd neck cramps and my left side does funny things every now and again

    Wait a second here.

Yes, elephant's feet are particularly big, to help distribute the load, other wise it would be as you or I trying to walk around in three feet of snow, sinking in up to our knees with each step. Snowshoes help by distributing the weight, so that we can walk on top of the snow. Similar process going on.

    Elephant tracks in the sand

    High heels in the sand...

I don't mean to be a pisser about this, but the interesting point about the elephant exerting less pressure per unit area, is an intriguing factoid.

However, to then say, based on that, that it would be better to be stepped on by an elephant than by a hundred pound woman in high heels is a gross miscalculation, that does not take into account all of the facts.

    Things for further contemplation:
What weighs more? 26,400 pounds of elephant, or 26,400 pounds of feathers?

And these were made by a high-heeled elephant. As you can plainly see, nothing beneath survived

Only a man with children would've picked up on that!

Ok, back on topic here... I love tattoos and piercings! I have six earrings, three 12 gauge hoops in each lobe which is pretty tame these days. I also have two tattoos. One on my left wrist (where one would wear a watch) and one on the top of my right forearm. The left wrist one is maybe four or five inches long by 1 or 1.5" tall. The right forearm one is considerably bigger and wraps somewhat around my arm. It is of my left hand holding a straight razor that I restored (one of my first/favorites). I get a lot of looks for having both of them. Especially the razor- lots of people start asking questions, others are obviously scared. I am very into tattoos but I think for a looong time before getting one to make sure it will be timeless and I will enjoy it. I have been contemplating another for maybe five or six months but am still undecided. As for piercings, I love getting them done and would love more, but there isn't any other place I'd want them so I think I'm done. Tattoos I plan to have many more of. I want to at least get most of my arms done.

I'm sorry Alex, but I think Seraphim has you beat!
