Thanked: 6I don't mean to alarm you, but that appears to be a radioactive chipmunk of the type typically found around the NJ Turnpike. Must have wondered North from the Meadowlands. Most likely stowed away aboard a pick up truck on the way home from either a Giants game or DMB concert years ago. Your only hope is that it was alone. If not, my prayers are with your ducks...those things won't stop until they find good Chinese food.

I can tell you all what Robert is...
He's not pining! He's passed on! This Robert is no more! He has ceased to be! He's expired and gone to meet his maker! He's a stiff! Bereft of life, he rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed him to the pyramid he'd be pushing up the daisies! His metabolic processes are now history! He's off the twig! He's kicked the bucket, he's shuffled off this mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-ROBERT!!

I will post pics of an identical skull to the one you have
after you have look at them and decide if they match, then I will tell you what it is you have been dragging around for... um... how long now?
I may be a royal ass but I assure you that I know my dead critters.
pics 1 and 2
count the teeth in the rear
pic 1 those rearmost 3 teeth are molars
bobcats don't have any molars as can be seen in pic 2 they instead have carnassials to shear flesh
this was an omnivore, I should have seen it before
pics 3 and 4
that front view was helpful, real helpful
I think you will agree, as will others that I have discovered Robert's identity.
And remember, I did it because I care.
(and to increase the size of my genitalia)

Now........ are we really sure Robert is not a dead PARROT?!
Icedog, thank you for the laugh, the tears were rolling I laughed so much. On a more serious note, I'm really sorry some critter is poaching your Ducks.
