Well I recognised Llandaff village. Used to be a member of 1st Llandaff scouts (thrown out for bad attitude - showed scoutmaster how to tie a sheepshank) and later the rugby club!
Where was the hospital?

Wizard, I live in Leckwith which is the next estate over from Canton!! lol The council have just put in new benches to sit on and a new slip road to try and ease the congestion.
As for the new Doctor, well we were not convinced that someone so young could take on the role and do it well. But we are now 2 episodes in and he's got my vote. Yes the face is fresh but there is something comfortingly familiar about him. The style of this Doctor is very reminiscent of Baker, Pertwee and Troughton all rolled into one.
The excentric edge is back and the new "what did I see" scenes are a very nice touch. Fish fingers and custard, think I'll give that one a miss thank you! lol
Mark we all sat down and watched together, Nim on my lap (too young to really take it in, but loves the theme) "How do you know it's a duck pond if there are no ducks?". Speaking of Pond's, the new assistant is very good and seems to have most of the male population drooling. Not as mouthy as Donna but still has that feisty spirit and is not afraid of telling off the Doctor.
The second episode "The Beast Below" was well put together too, settling into the stride of things, with a nice (abeit a little soppy) ending. One of those awwwww moments.
And surprise, surprise look who's back in the next episode........................ aye, it's those darn pepper pots again! lol
