Actually she controls Alaska, the oil companies with the drilling rights control the oil in Alaska.

The real brain twister is that, if I were a US citizen, I'd probably be a Democrat. That kind of makes it even more hot in a strange, twisted sort of way.

Honestly, I think that it was a total strategic move. It makes people wonder why he chose her which gives him more publicity and people looking into his campaign. They dig deep and find her strict conservative nature as opposed to his more liberal republican stance which many will find attractive. She will appeal to women which helps his campaign. It will also appeal to liberal republicans because hey, she's a woman. Maybe he wants the whole "inexperience" thing as part of his strategy- a clean slate so to speak. I don't know. These are just my few observations. I won't throw my opinion out there though.

I think you are right on the money Sir, but I am hoping to keep this a light thread and not too politically charged.
