    Default Star Wars

Ok.. In the interest of OT posts.

I know I'm the group geek.. But who else is going to see Star Wars opening night?

    Dave,
While I'm not insane enough to fight through and see it opening night (I might would be girlfriend free if I dragged her to that) I plan on seeing it the next night or two after, when I don't need an automatic weapon to get a decent seat at the theater....

There are a few of us talking about it. I hope this will make up for the shortcomings of Episode I & II.

My wife gives me grief over my Star Wars video collection. Original release, special edition. She'll have a cow when they release all 6 as a DVD box set. She wants me to throw out my duplicates (why original and special edition), but I'm not gonna do it.

Anyone still have their action figures from childhood days besides me?

You'd probably be able to d/l it off the Internet the day or so before opening, LOL

You can buy tickerts online for most places now. I got mine at www.fandango.com.. No line standing for me! I'll prbably get there early just to get a good seat.. I've seen the last two on opening night, and wouldn't miss this one for the world.

It's getting real good reviews.. The movie Lucas should have made instead of I and II..

I'm watching IV right now, and will probably watch V tonight too.. I have to see 'em all again before opening night!

    It's a TRAP!

LOL. I was 14. Not as jazzed up now as I was then either. But I will see it at some point.

******>> LOL! Yes, but the action figures from my childhood are of The Lone Ranger, Hop-a-long Cassidy and the Cicsco Kid, and Bozo the Clown! Howdy Doody was here someplace for a bit, too, but has disappeared again.

Still have some little green Army men I still play with at work, have a couple on top of the monitor for this computer, in fact, protecting my universe from invasion!

OK - No spoilers. But I went to the midnight show, and all I can say is "Wow!" I'll be seeing this a couple of more times in the theater.
