Well since the first three dont exist the answer is - anything you can hold in your hand.

But my clever answer is a Bay Leaf (Bay-Leaf.... Belief..... geddit?)

The imagination of the Human mind...or nothing. Depends on who you ask. Although that last line, doesn't seem to work "Nothing is small enough to be held in your hand..." Hmmm...

The version I heard included the line "Rich people need it and poor people have it, if you eat it you will die."

I was going to include the "rich men need it, poor men have it..." but I figured I"d make up my own with the answer being "nothing," to ensure no googling happens.
