Allow me to put you out of your misery! It's Birmingham and unfortunately close to where I grew up, so I also have the accent but it's NOT as bad as Ozzy's!
It comes to something when the guy plays a gig at his hometown and even the locals can't understand what he is saying, hehehe
As for your ignorance Mr Jockeys, let me introduce you to another of our British terms of endearment for our US friends...................dumb arse yankee.*runs away to hide*
My very good mate in TN goes nuts whenever I call her that, I really can't understand why.But as always with her it is because we are such good friends that no offence is taken, it is said in good humour as it is indeed intended now.

I got to say "Dozy tart" yesterday & quite a few other choice epithets. I had picked my daughter up from school & we we walking to the cafe for our usual coffee & fruit juice. We had to cross the road where the traffic had paused at some lights & a 56 seat long distance bus stopped just in front of us. The female driver was texting on her mobile phone & smiled & waved at us.Crossed damn quick & got into the safety of the underpass I can tell you.
Do not even ask about the male taxi driver who didn't get off his mobile the entire time we were in his car later on.....

That's why natural selection needs to still be enforced on the human race. People like this wouldn't last too long.

Well, I was coming up to a traffic light this morning and had to ease around an SUV planted diagonally, half in the traffic lane and half in the left-turn lane; I glanced over with irritation once I was clear and sure enough the (female, as it happened) driver was oblivious to the world, apparently absorbed in texting on her cell phone ...
But I hadn't had my first coffee of the morning and didn't think to call her a dozy tart!
Well, it's not as if there won't be another occasion soon.

X - This is not Toronto not even London nor Cardiff. They really do think that Tipping is city in China & a tip is where you take your refuse. I think the fact that we had paid & were out of the car as he stopped gave it away though.
My dozy tart today was another Valley Commando as they are known here in Kaardif. She called her friend & gave her credit card number to her. Fortunately for her, I was the only other person on the bus & I was engrossed in my book & not really paying close attention until she started reeling off numbers. Now what about that Butch Harner on SRD...?
