Way to go! I can't wait till I've dropped 100 lbs(only 20 more to go). Good luck with the rest of your weight loss.

Thanked: 5Congratz. Try to remember that losing weight very fast isn't healthy either. Just go slow and steady, it will give your body the time to adapt to changing hormone levels (yes, body fat produces hormones as well, it is a very complicated tissue!). Also, when you're down to your desired weight, you'll have to work to keep it there. The fat may have left your body, but the cells in the fat tissue are still there. All they have to do is take up fat again, and you'll be gaining weight in no time again.
The only good way to keep your body mass down is to eat healthily and take healthy excercise: cook your own food, use plenty of fresh vegetables, vary a lot, avoid consuming lots of meat and fish (some is ok, important for protein take-up, but really, you're looking at 100-150 grams a day), pasta is more fattening than rice, which in turn is more fattening than cooked potatoes. Also, eat on a regular basis, three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), on regular hours. If you crave for something in between, eat some fruit. Avoid sodas, alcoholic beverages, all that sort of thing. In the end, water is all you need, the rest is taste and waste.
As far as bodily excercise goes: a good long walk in the woods is much better than five minutes of sprinting. You build muscle, condition, get stress relief, and burn fat. Don't sit down, just keep a steady pace for at least an hour or so. Enjoy yourself.
As far as everyday life goes: take stairs whenever you can, go to work or to the shops on foot or bike. Every little bit helps.
Good luck!
