    Default 1000 posts, still much to learn

    I just hit my 1000th post here on SRP and wanted to share some thoughts, impressions, semi-drunken ramblings with you fine folks.

    1. this site has a WEALTH of information, and I have learned a lot about razors, hones, booze, cigars et al.: I hope to keep learning as time goes by, you never know what mysterious natural hone lurks around the corner.

    2. most of the regular poster's here are complete gentlemen: very patient and kind, very willing to share their knowledge with anyone who is interested. Good job all!

    3. this site is bad for my wallet: see first point

    4. I have made some (hopefully) lifelong friends here: I hope this trend continues with the next Mid-MO get together. Others I have corresponded with via PM or posts, and hope to meet in person soon...


    Nothing more to say other than thanks, again.

    Congratulations on the 1000th post!
    However, I have to point out that to acomplish the latter part of point 4 you have to "say no" to the drives underneath point 1.

    Congratulations on teh 1K ! As far as the $ go if you are like me if it wasn't RAD it would be something else.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
