    Default La Strada

I have watched this movie several times. Anthony Quinn is amazing.
Fellini is a master of direction.

    Oh yes.
Guess he was kinda lost in the cinema era though.
I hardly see any DVDs of his movies.

    Gotta check.

I just remembered I have athing for prison flicks. I bet I am not the only one who can't click past:

    Birdman of Alcatraz
    The Great Escape
    Bridge on the River Kwai
    Deer Hunter
    Dead Man Walking
    Shawshank Redemtion
Green Mile (already mentioned by someone else)
    Bruebaker
Bad Boys (the Sean Penn one)
    Papillon
    Monster's Ball
    Andersonville
    Escape From Acatraz
And many others but I don't want to leave out what I think may very well be the best prison flick ever, Cool Hand Luke

Tommyboy, it never gets old. The scene when Tommy is putting gas in Richard's car is the best!
