naww anyone whos got a tatto will totally believe him.
theres SO many evidences that she was willing.... the bright cheery pictures of her, right when they were done, smiling.
your not going to fall asleep during a face tattoo, and 3 stars would take about ten minutes, from sitting in the chair to walkin out the door.
plus, she only wants some of them removed? she wants to keep 20 something of the upper stars.
sounds to me like her friends and family freaked out, and she cant handle the looks she gets from people now.
i hope to god he doesnt have to pay.
what else it could be, at first her tats were all smooth ans sleek looking, and then started scabbing and she freaked out and decided they need to be "removed" but you might as well use a razor blade to remove it.

by that age you should know better. and if you dont than its time to learn.

OH and who on earth could fall asleep with that guy inches from there face?!?!?!!?
even if he was humming lullabys... sleep not happening.
and pre stsrs she was jsut some belgian chick that looks like avril lavigne.... now shes got some style atleast. and attention, which im sure is the root of it allLast edited by The0ctopus; 06-19-2009 at 06:42 AM.

Ok the plot thickens. There are starting to appear indications that it's a huge publicity stunt for a national radio station MNM:
- She has an interview today with the star host of MNM, which has a star in the logo.
- Notice that her face doesn't have any swelling? Even the insides of the emtpy stars are just skin toned, and not red.
- There is a website where you can 'kimberlize' pics of youself. Looking at the site: Famous Kimberlizer this is not something that was cobbled together by an amateur.
- the domain toputourworkon.com was registered on April 21st (just checked) and hosts only the kimberlizer. So it looks as if it was registered just for this.
- the domain toputourworkon.com is also registered to the company 'Famous nv' which also was the media company for the launch of MNM
If this is true, then we will know after the interview today. Atm I think it is more likely that this is one of the best executed media stunts / hoaxes of the last couple of years.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

If true, that's almost dissapointing! One of the ferw things in this world I feel I can rely on is the nearly boundless levels of human stupidity and selfishness...this story had really reinforced that.
Forget it, I'm going to go take a nap and get 1,000 stars on my scalp at the same time.

Thanked: 402LOL yep, just ignore bull**** like that.
I've always wondered why these low liner news papers are ever so popular.
Seems like they sell so well cause they make people who read them, feel smarter.
One day people will be SO smart that you just can't use letters in them anymore.

Well, the interview has come and gone, and no rabbit has jumped out of the hat. She now thinks she passed out. Alledgedly, a dermatologist said that the ink is too deep, and that the needle in her forehead jabbed 2 cm (almost an inch) deep. That would have caused her to faint.
Now, I have absolutely no clue, perhaps one of our tat experts can comment, but 2 cm in the forehead... That would mean jamming the needle through the skull. Hmmm...
So far she has truned down offers for her story from foreign news channels, offering many 30K euro. this would be 3 times the money needed to remove the damn things. An uncle of hers is saying that is is getting depressed / suicidal.
I have a feeling we are still not at the end of the freakiness. This whole thing is getting more bizarre by the day. But never fear: since this is all happening in my neck of the woods, I am perfectly placed to keep you all updated as soon as more news arrives from bizarroworld.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

This is a story of two idiots. The girl for wanting the tattoo without considering the consequences (you can always tell a kid but you can't tell them much) and the , using the term loosely, professional tattoo artist for doing the job.
In 20 years of applying thousands of tattoos I have never had anyone fall asleep. I am a good conversationalist though so perhaps that is not the universal experience. The tattooing needle doesn't penetrate more then 1 mm or slightly more. Certainly less than 2 mm . If it does penetrate further by mistake , ineptitude of the practitioner, or because of a sudden unexpected movement of the client it will result in a "blowout". That will be evident in the ink actually spreading under the skin and visible as sort of a staining adjacent to the lines.
The poor kid is/was a pretty girl. I have had laser removal and it works very effectively with black ink. Not as effectively with colors because of the nature of the pigments. So she is not doomed to wear her hideous mask for life. The caveat being that just as there are some tattooers that would be better off as shoe repairmen there are laser removal practitioners who don't know what they are doing and can scar by overdoing the procedure. I wish her luck.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
