It's sad that few things shock me anymore.
I realize laws and regulations vary from place to place, but are body mod artists or whatever they like to be called able to cut and do anything to anyone who consents? Could a body mod artist hack off a person's digit if that person paid for it and consented? What I mean by few things shock me, is wondering how far can it go?

Well, I'm a lucky duck, living in this overregulated country of mine.
As of yesterday, minors are not allowed to fry themselves a skin cancer in the solariums anymore. Stay pale, teenagers!!!!
I'm sure they'll find something against implants as well.

You know, I've seen body mods that were scaries, stranger, more dangerous, and more of just about everything, but you're right: this one is without a doubt, the most stupid.

I'm thinking not, more like practicing medicine without a license as they have gone and done minor surgery in this case.
