Good rocking later stuff here from '92.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

More than other musical groups, Dylan tends to fall into four camps instead of the normal three. I think that the voice issue comes into play too heavily. Normally, with groups like The Beatles, you have three camps. The ones who love them, the ones who hate them, and the ones who tend to say they like them because they are the Beatles and it is sort of expected to like them. With Dylan the issue of his voice has more of an impact than I think it should. So there is an entire camp of people who say that they like the music and the message but can't really dig the medium... It's sort of like people who don't like Rush. But different.

I'm a really big fan of his early-ish work. He really is a gifted wordsmith, and I even kind of like his voice for what it is.

I've spent many nights on trains listening to Dylan. Which, I think, is the only way to do it.

The only relation is that his fans live on another planet. From me, anyway.

Love his stuff. It's absolutely superb. I'm a great fan of intricate meaningful lyrics, and Dylan is right up there.

If you can understand them But how can you not like his early stuff, from the romance of Lay lady Lay, to the comedy of Maggies Farm.
