Wondering what the interpretation of this no flavored tobacco thing will do for my favorite acid cigars, or are cigars and pipe tobacco exempted from the legislation that was signed. As always I like the rest of you am extremely happy when the .gov protects me from me. After all someone had to do it.

No, cigars and pipes are fine for now. However, the law does give the FDA authority over ALL tobacco products. The FDA could ban all tobacco outright if it wanted to.

I bet it would rather make money off of tobacco. After all it is for the children.

This proves that the electorate doesnt vote for anybody, rather they vote against the other guy.

How does this foolish video explain anything? Did you watch the video you posted? It said they (the maker of the video) wanted to see what "Obama voters actually knew about the campaign." It said, "So on election day we spoke to the most informed Obama voters we could find." They interviewed a dozen Obama voters...". If I were you I would do some research before spewing nonsense. The guy made the video by editing interviews with twelve people to show they didn't know the answers to his meaningless questions. Twelve people are in no way a valid cross section of a population of 66,882,230 (The actual number of people who voted for Obama). It is good to hear him try to defend Sarah Palin. She needs all the help she can get.

    no, only ciggies.

Djarum already makes filtered clove CIGARS that are exactly alike, only with a leaf wrapper instead of paper.

So the ban has accomplished nothing.

and whomever said FDR fought fascism... guess again. I hold him personally responsible for inventing the entitlement mentality in this country.
