No such thing as truly organic, there only the lesser of evils, if it was grown on this planet it,s got something in it!
We in the developed nations can afford to be fussy about our food. A hell of a lot of people on this planet can,t their to busy trying not to die of malnutrician, the least of their worries are few chemical residues!

Organic Food
Some London researchers have said that organic food is no healthier than non-organic. You can read the Reuters article here: Organic food is no healthier, study finds | U.S. | Reuters
I'm a fan of the non-gimmick organic food. Living in the healthiest state has its advantages, and apparently getting cheaper organics is one. As such, my diet includes more of it because it's typically the same price as the other items. I can't say that I necessarily feel healthier, but I do know that it tastes better and tends to cook better as well. Surprisingly, it also seems to last longer than the typical non-organic food!
Overall, I won't go out of my way to get organic food. However, given the choice and an equal or close to equal price point, I'll reach for the organic.
What's your take?

Thanked: 9mono cropping will degrade the soil when only 1 plant is planted, this will lead to all the nutrients beign sucked out of the soil and the nutrition of the crops will be hollow and empty after that for many years. For proper gardening you need a blance of nature and each plant helping the other to gain nutrition and advantage over soil and weather conditions.
Massive fields with one type of crop and heavy machines is how it should not be done.
This is how it should be done...
