I think I was given an Ink blot test about 20 years ago, but I thought it was old hat.
Prison art work and patient art work and writings will tell you more about a person than some ink on paper.
What about talking with a person. Sharing a cup of coffee and getting in the head of the individual.
I do that on a volunteer basis as a mediator. In order to understand someone you need to understand the position they see themselves in not the position that you see them in.

Thanked: 9the roarshach thing was designed by uncreative people who were fishing in the brains of creative people they didnt understand. Hardly a clear test of sanity, most people in the world who are living the regular western lifestyle are insane.

Ehh I really should have said most people in the world have some level of insanity. In the same way most people in the world are living with some sort of unhealth in their body even if its really minor.
To know sanity you must define insanity.
Insaity is when someones mind becomes unclear, unclear in perceptions and unclear in reason.
Most people in the world do not have full clairty. Ask people simple questions like where they are, or what their purpose is for ebing here in this state for example. Most people will not be able to give a fully clear coherant answer, which means they are operating under some level of insainity on the sanity-insanity spectrum.
Clarity = sanity and most people aint clear on alot of things in life, this place is one big learning experience to gain clarity.
How clear are the people in their answers... how clear is their philosophy

Greg, you made a specific statement. A very general specific statement which was, and I quote: most people in the world who are living the regular western lifestyle are insane. So, what constitutes most people? What is the regular western lifestyle? And what is it about this lifestyle that makes us insane?

Well as i corrected myself, all people in the world seem to have some lack of clarity to some degree, ALL OF US.
However if you look particularly at wetstern culture it has created things that go against the ecological balance of things. That is suicidal, which is also something that comes from lack of clarity and insanity.
Using the fuel methods we do in the western world is like heroin addiction.
The fuel is easily used to gain results fast that will have consequences later. Exactly like taking heroin(burning a resource to get maximum results fast with consequences later that addicts generally lie to themselves about to self justify continued use). The insanity comes in lying to yourself and saying you habit is sustainable or just or correct. Meaning insanity is warping reality to suit your desires so you are not really looking at reality anymore.
Does that make sense?

Does to me.
In the legal system we use the reasonable person standard. That is a person free from what I call "isms", phobias, psychosis, etc. Basically you are looking at Mr. Rogers.
WWFRD? (What would Fred Rogers Do?)
We all warp reality to fit our basic needs. To make us feel safer, to make us feel better. Reality warp does not have to elevate to a level requiring meds, just little lies to ourselves.
No these jeans really look good on me.
I cut him off because I need to get to that meeting, not because I am a bad person.
The list can go on.

I think you guys are twisted!
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain
