    It makes me wonder what exactly happened to her--what could break her conscience so thoroughly that she couldn't see those kids as people? And what was wrong with her father that he couldn't see there was something off about his own daughter--that perhaps she isn't the person to have a gun?

    My questions also, but it could've been an instantaneous snap. something that may not have been easy to spot. there is no telling.

    Who knows Jim? Good questions though. I wonder why she was put in gaol rather than a psych institution? A girl of 16... to do such a thing.... it is not good enough to glibly shout "evil", there was something else going on in my opinion.
