Default How tall are you ?

Listening to NPR this morning it was mentioned that the average height in the USA is 5"10". I was 5'11" when I was 17 years of age and at 60 now I am 5'9". Twenty years of ironworking and going over the bars on mountain bikes have taken their toll. How tall are you ?
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    6'0"

However I have been told that you loose 1/4-1/2" for every year past 40. Don't know if that is bunk or not.

Also I plan on running a marathon and I run so that compresses and shrinks the spine as well. 5'5" here I come.

5ft 11in at 17. 6ft 1in at 21 until about 40 give or take. My wife measured me the other day and to my surprise I was only 6ft tall. I'll be 45 in September.

Still 6'1" at 44 was just measured 3 wks ago. I been here since about 19.
I am starting to "feel" older though so it may be time for the shrink cycle.

6 feet even. I'll be 30 in a couple months.
    Actually, maybe I'm shorter now.

    I'm 6'4".

Annoying really, coz I was on a flying scholarship with the RAF to go in as a pilot until I went over the height limit...

Plus its a real pain trying to find trousers that fit! They either fit the legs, in which case the waist band is about 56", or they fir the waist but they look like shorts!

So Mr Clothing Maker, there are tall people out there who arent fat y'know!

Plus I have size 13 feet, so shoes can be a problem as well..! Ah well... At least razors dont need a height limit!
