Found the resolution setting, under "personalize"
1920 x 1200
still have no clue where the Add / remove programs went ...

I didn't have troubles at all with the old system, sence the change over I have had problems with graphics and positioning. None of the other sites I go to have this problem, just here.
Has got to be something going on between my system and the new forum program...
